Trilogy International Partners, LLC, (“Trilogy”) invests in wireless telecommunication operations in international markets that exhibit strong opportunities for significant growth. A privately held company, Trilogy’s corporate headquarters are in Bellevue, Washington. Trilogy also maintains a regional operations office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Trilogy currently has controlling interests in mobile communications companies in Bolivia, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and a greenfield mobile communications company in New Zealand. These businesses hold licenses to provide wireless communications services to over 31 million people. In addition to wireless services, the operating companies are also authorized to provide termination and origination of international long distance, public telephony and mobile data services.
Trilogy’s operating companies manage networks utilizing two major digital technologies: Global System for Mobile Communications (“GSM”) in Bolivia, Haiti and New Zealand, and both GSM and Code Division Multiple Access (“CDMA”) in the Dominican Republic. These technologies represent global digital standards and were chosen for their proven and superior ability to provide enhanced capacity and data services.
To complement its international operations, Trilogy has developed its own suite of billing and operations systems software programs, which it licenses to its wireless markets via its subsidiary Trilogy International Software, LLC. It also owns Trilogy International Enterprises, LLC, which provides international long distance services to Trilogy’s Latin American and Caribbean operations, and Trilogy International Marketing LLC, which is the U.S. sales and marketing representative for our Haitian and Dominican businesses.
Trilogy is actively pursuing other investment opportunities throughout the world that offer the potential for significant growth in wireless communications.

Our Strategy
Trilogy’s strategy is to build or acquire wireless enterprises where it perceives unmet demand for telecommunication services and which, under proper capitalization and management, present opportunities for significant growth.
Opportunities for growth are particularly strong in emerging markets and those countries with less developed telecommunications infrastructure. Wireless technologies provide a cost-effective means of satisfying the increasing demand for telecommunications services. Trilogy believes that wireless technologies will continue to grow rapidly in these markets as a result of the lack of competitive services, poor or non-existent wireline infrastructure, low wireless penetration and/or increasing wireless substitution. In emerging markets, wireless telephone networks also provide significantly improved access to local and international wireline networks.
Wireless communications technologies represent a faster and more cost-effective method of expanding telecommunications infrastructure compared to traditional wireline networks. Wireline networks involve extensive outside infrastructure in the form of buried or overhead cable networks that are significantly less efficient to deploy.
Trilogy’s key factors in executing a successful strategy for wireless investment are:
